Our Experience:

Under the leadership of President Bob Hornstein, Up Top has been installing roofing in a variety of applications since 1992. Our roof installation team leader has been working with us since our very first roofing job.  We have replaced roofs in exclusive neighborhoods such as Starwood, Bent Tree, Preston Hollow, and Stonebridge Ranch.

We are also insurance experts and have helped hundreds of clients walk through the insurance claims process, which can be quite complicated and confusing. We have both the knowledge, experience, and skill to get a fair and thorough settlement from all insurance companies.  We are advocates for our clients and work on their behalf with the insurance adjuster and claims department.

Our Workmanship:

Many companies use multiple crews exposing the homeowner to differing levels of experience and skill of the foreman as well as the installers.  We are unique in that we use one crew and have one foreman who is responsible for each roof replacement, including measuring and lining out the roof slope to ensure that the rows are straight,  sealing the roof’s valleys with a rubberized membrane to prevent leakage,  and thoroughly cleaning up after the roof is installed.  We regularly get compliments about our clean up process.

Honesty:

We are often called to do an inspection on a property as a result of a storm.  Water may have penetrated the roof either from wind, hail, tree damage, or other issues. We do a complete evaluation of the roof including taking pictures of any damage or issues and discussing the condition of the roof with the client.  In the case of hail damage, we do not encourage our clients to file a claim unless we are very confident that the roof damage warrants one.  This protects our clients from having a claim denied for replacement that remains on their record.

  

Integrity:

We stand behind our work.  We fulfill our contract and only charge for completed work. No down payments and no final payments until all work is completed, and our client is completely satisfied.  If for any reason something is not right, we correct the problem.
